We're All About Watersports!
As soon as the docks hit the water in May (sometimes April -- if we're lucky), the boats are prepped and we're ready to go! No need to wait until Memorial Day to get the season started; there's a lot of fun to be had from May through the end of October -- weather permitting, of course.
Our Equipment
Our 2021 model year boats are immaculately maintained, and especially built to give you the best wake for your surfing, boarding, and skiing needs. We have loads of space for you and your group to spread out. We also have rear-facing "hot tub" seats in the back of the boat that allow you to get close to people on the water and get some really great pictures and video.

If you're looking for some unique camera angles, we also offer on-water video and photos taken by a Sea-Doo personal watercraft by one of our staff members -- for an extra fee.
David Buhler
Co-Owner
Dave Buhler has been an avid boater and water sports enthusiast since the age of nine, and a nationally-ranked competitive rower since 2017. He has spent the last seven years living and playing on the Connecticut River, introducing family and friends of all ages to the great times that can be had on the water.

In 2021, Dave partnered with Chris and decided to take their shared passion for fun and excitement on the River and combine that with over twenty-five years of business and entrepreneurial experience. Glastonbury Watersports was born... offering watersports charters to the underserved central Connecticut region.

Dave is a fun and supportive instructor for people of all ages. He will be sure to make you laugh and have a great time while onboard!
Chris Kilborn
Co-Owner & Chief Instructor
Chris's life has always revolved around being on the water. Chris grew up loving on Long Island Sound and spending weekends on the water with friends and family.
Today, Chris rows competitively -- training primarily on the Connecticut River and competing in regattas across the country. He spends most of his weekends on the River with Glastonbury Watersports.
Chris has spent many summers teaching friends to wakeboard, water ski, and wake surf, and is passionate about teaching newcomers. Chris has held his Connecticut boater's license since 2007 and has recently received his Merchant Mariner Credential captain's license.
